Inn Travelers Magazine 2006—The Queen Anne Guest House Bed and Breakfast Galena IL was the recipient for Best Breakfast in the Midwest. This Award is given to only the top bed and breakfasts in North America.

39th Annual Fall Tour of Homes—2006—The Queen Anne Guest House Bed and Breakfast Galena IL was showcased on the 39th annual home tour sponsored by the Galena/Jo Davies County Historical Society. Over 600 visitors were delighted with our home described as "historical elegance in Galena". A Carl Johnson watercolor of the Queen Anne Guest House graced the Fall Tour of Homes cover.
